Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and update residents' care assessments and service plans
- Assist in scheduling and participate in care conferences
- Supervise medication administration by unregulated care providers
- Respond to medical emergencies and significant changes in resident health
- Coordinate nursing assignments for efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse registration in BC
- Experience with seniors and care providers
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Current Vulnerable Position Screening certification
