Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centric nursing care based on provincial standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and teams
- Implement, evaluate, and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete accurate resident clinical assessments and documentation
- Teach and mentor unregulated care providers effectively
Requirements:
- Current RPN registration in Ontario
- Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
