Cogir Senior Living seeks a working manager to guide environmental services, housekeeping, and maintenance support. You will maintain equipment reliability, protect building condition, and support a positive retirement community experience. The role partners with the Executive Director and residence leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide environmental services, housekeeping, and maintenance support
- Perform hands-on environmental tasks and repairs when required
- Maintain building systems, equipment reliability, and physical condition
- Support resident, employee, and guest safety
- Implement environmental sustainability practices within the residence
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' environmental services or maintenance experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and emergency systems
- Experience managing and leading teams considered an asset
- Facility management program enrollment or trades license
- JHSC and working-at-heights certification, or willingness to obtain
