About the Role:
The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams with the administrative and logistical execution of daily operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, tracking progress, coordinating resources, and communicating updates to keep projects running on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain all QA documentation
- Track and log concrete testing, piling, and structural installations
- Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure documentation compliance
- Track materials and associated testing certificates
- Maintain daily/weekly reports and meeting minutes
- Set up permitting and create as-built manuals
- Manage inspections, commissioning, and final sign-offs
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination or project management
- Construction or industrial background preferred
- Post-secondary education in business, project management, or equivalent experience/certifications
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Excellent communication - verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

- Provide a Class 5 (Advanced) driver’s license and clean abstract
- Provide a criminal record check
- Complete drug & alcohol screening (must receive a negative result)
- Complete a fitness evaluation specific to the position
