The position supports records, correspondence, meetings, data calls, acquisition documents, dashboards, and quality assurance. It also supports human capital planning, inventory, facilities tickets, and SharePoint maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
Track Department actions, due dates, and assigned Points of Contact Coordinate meetings and communication among department personnel and stakeholders Manage contracts records, filing room organization, archiving, and disposal Prepare correspondence, requisitions, reports, dashboards, and assessment submissions Maintain SharePoint, supplies inventory, assets, facilities tickets, and personnel actions Requirements:
Associate’s degree plus four years’ relevant administrative experience Or high school diploma/GED plus six years’ experience Analytical and administrative support, reporting, editing, and cost data experience Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to lift up to 50 pounds Support Department operations through communication, records management, analysis, and Microsoft 365 expertise at NSWC Indian Head.
