As Clinic Manager, you will oversee multiple clinics and support 15–20 clinicians and patient care coordinators. Your work will connect team coaching, patient acquisition, retention, operational efficiency, and profitable performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach clinic teams

- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Degree in healthcare, administration, business, or related field

- Strong financial acumen and performance target experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Clinical background or RT/RPSGT certification considered an asset
