We are currently looking for a Director of Finance and/or CFO, with the final title and scope of the position being determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, leadership capabilities, and overall fit with the organization.
This is an opportunity for someone who can go beyond traditional accounting and finance functions and provide strategic financial leadership across the business.
We’re looking for someone who can bring experience in areas such as:
- Financial strategy, planning and forecasting
- Budgeting and financial analysis
- Financial reporting and controls
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Business planning and decision support
- Risk management and compliance
- Process improvement and financial systems
- Championing AI adoption and implementation across the organization, beyond finance, to drive efficiency and better decision‑making
- Working closely with senior leadership to support organizational growth
- Building and developing strong finance teams
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader who is comfortable working in a growing and evolving organization.
