Responsibilities

- Perform nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and other nail and skin treatments using advanced techniques and high‐quality products.
- Provide personalized recommendations on treatments and products, demonstrating an understanding of color theory and skin tones, tailored to clients' needs, concerns, and goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area while adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Client Experience
- Build trusting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, exceptional service.
- Offer follow‐up recommendations and establish personalized nail care routines to encourage long‐term client loyalty.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other nail technicians and team members to create a cohesive, positive, and accountable work environment.
- Share knowledge, ideas, and best practices to collectively achieve department goals and client satisfaction.

- Required Skills And Experience
- Valid Nail Technician license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a high‐volume retail, spa, health club, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of nail services, trends, techniques, client preferences, and treatments, with a focus on luxury brands/products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (French and English).
- Outstanding client service and relationship‐building skills with a strong sales mindset.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
