Reporting to the President and Vice-Chancellor, this senior leadership position directs advancement for the One Renison Campaign and institutional priorities. The Director will strengthen major gift pipelines, develop donor strategies, and build philanthropic partnerships. The role also oversees campaign development, alumni engagement, stewardship, and advancement systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising strategies supporting the One Renison Campaign
- Strengthen major gift pipelines and cultivate donor relationships
- Develop campaign plans, readiness activities, and execution
- Oversee donor stewardship, communications, tracking, and reporting
- Build and lead a high-performing advancement team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree considered an asset
- CFRE designation preferred
- Significant progressive fundraising and advancement experience
- Experience with major gifts, legacy giving, and campaign leadership
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and team leadership abilities
