Qualifications
- Have a minimum 3 years of experience installing residential replacement windows and doors.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own truck/trailer, cube van or sprinter to transport material.
- Own a metal brake and tools to perform window/door installations.
- 3+ years experience bending aluminum.
- 3+ years of capping experience.
- Must be fully insured and provide my COI.
- WHMIS & Working at Heights certification.
- Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and customer service skills required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Average pay for a 2-3 person crew $100,000-$150,000 per year*, paid weekly
- Year-round work, Monday-Friday, to keep you busy even in the winter months (no weekends!)
- Job materials and dumpsters are provided to complete the installation at no cost to you
- Devoted managers are on staff to assist you in a smooth project completion
