Lead accounting systems and reporting at Wrapbook, using technical accounting and AI automation remotely from the United States or Canada. Own accuracy, controls, and scale. As Senior Manager, Accounting, you will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for Wrapbook’s multi-product fintech platform. You will oversee financial statements, the general ledger, GAAP compliance, and reporting quality. The role combines technical accounting judgment with systems design and team development. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and the Controller while preparing for the first financial statement audit. Rillet ERP experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
Run monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance Build Rillet posting rules, controls, and system integrations Prepare audit documentation, schedules, and control evidence Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team Requirements:
10+ years of progressive accounting experience Public accounting experience at a top-tier firm Three years leading close and financial reporting functions Deep U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and liabilities expertise Fintech experience and cloud ERP implementation experience Bring technical accounting, Rillet, AI automation, and team leadership skills to strengthen Wrapbook’s financial reporting foundation.
