The role connects technical systems with regulatory intent while coordinating Product, Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders. Remitly is expanding into wallets and lending. Key Responsibilities:
Lead verification control lifecycle management from rule design through effectiveness reviews Partner with product stakeholders on new product control design Maintain transaction monitoring continuity for incidents, audits, and risk assessments Use automation and AI tooling across control lifecycle activities Translate verification insights into scalable business and system requirements Requirements:
Eight or more years in program management or risk control ownership Experience with AML, FinCrime, or regulatory programs Understanding of screening, document validation, and sanctions controls Technical fluency and advanced operational and risk data analysis skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CAMS preferred Apply principal program management, AML controls, and technical analysis to strengthen Remitly verification programs across global products.
