Law degree and Quebec Bar membership in good standing Minimum six years' relevant experience in regulated legal work Commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience Knowledge of insurer and financial services legal frameworks Fluent written and spoken French and English Use commercial law, insurance knowledge, and pragmatic analysis to advise Desjardins' evolving group solutions businesses.
