Close inbound contractor deals. No cold calling. Remote, commission-only B2B closer for Relay Acquisition. You take calls with contractors who already asked about our service. Your job is to run the call and close the deal.
The Opportunity

What you will do
- Take scheduled inbound calls with contractor business owners.
- Run discovery on their current marketing, lead flow and goals.
- Decide if they are a good fit.
- Explain our service and the commercial offer clearly.
- Handle objections on price, trust, timing and existing providers.
- Ask for the sale and lock in the next step.
- Follow up with undecided prospects.
- Keep the CRM accurate and report your outcomes.

How you get paid
- Commission-only. On-track earnings of $8K-$15K+ per month for closers who run the volume.
- A fixed payout on every qualifying closed deal. The exact amount is confirmed on your interview.
- Plus 20% commission under our compensation plan.
- Payment timing, eligibility and refund or cancellation rules are confirmed in writing before you accept.
- No salary and no guaranteed income. If you need a base salary, this is not the role for you.
Who we're looking for
- Real B2B closing experience over the phone or on video.
- You have owned deals yourself, not only booked appointments.
- Comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong discovery, objection handling and follow-up.
- Contractor or home-improvement sales experience is preferred, not required.
- Clear spoken English and professional communication.
- Self-disciplined, comfortable working remotely, and used to a CRM.
- Available for calls in US and Canadian time zones.
Not a fit if
- You have only done lead gen or appointment setting.
