Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor
- Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team training
- Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and daily operations
- Optimize product displays and support omnichannel initiatives
Requirements:
- Two or more years managing teams in retail
- Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
