The predicted salary is between 15.3 - 18.7 $ per hour.
The Flagger performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering a service that exceeds our customer/client's expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the Flagger is responsible for:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and bidding them farewell in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Acting as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces.
- Performing vehicle counts on location throughout the shift to ensure the garage does not overfill available spaces.
- Conducting daily patrols.
- Controlling traffic at entrances and exits as needed; assisting guests who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
- Using respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relaying information to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead as necessary.
- Immediately reporting any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Communicating professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
