Lead eQ Homes’ Design Studio with expertise in purchaser selections and team leadership, supporting exceptional customer experiences across Ottawa homebuilding. The Design Studio Manager leads Consultants and Coordinators while driving operational excellence and profitability. This role oversees upgrade opportunities, selection packages, model merchandising, supplier relationships, and collaboration with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Construction, and Warranty teams. Strong process improvement and design awareness support every homebuyer journey. Key Responsibilities:
Coach Design Studio Consultants and Coordinators through clear expectations Lead purchaser design selection appointments and finalize packages Identify upgrades and process accurate pricing requests Manage model home furniture, finishes, staging, and merchandising Maintain workflows, product libraries, samples, and selection deadlines Requirements:
Ability to perform daily physical labour Clean driving record with required driver’s abstract Strong attention to detail and daily reporting discipline Understanding of MOL and health and safety requirements People-centric, passionate, and committed to continuous learning Bring design leadership, operational discipline, and customer focus to eQ Homes’ Design Studio team in Ottawa.
