- Implement AgeCare policies with the Registered Nurse

- Notify physicians of significant changes in health
- Provide guidance to Personal Support Workers
- Participate in shift report and team communication
Requirements:
- Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
- Strong knowledge in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
- Familiarity with Long-Term Care Act and relevant laws
- Experience in health care teamwork and communication
