As Associate Director, Medical Information, you will serve as a product and scientific data expert. The role focuses on developing medical response documents, supporting inquiries, guiding Call Center colleagues, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medical response document development and maintenance
- Support inquiry management and guide Call Center colleagues
- Develop value dossiers, scientific Q&A, slide decks, and white papers
- Review materials for scientific and medical accuracy
- Analyze case and call volume trends for insights
Requirements:
- PhD, PharmD, or MD
- Two to three years of Medical Information experience
- Ten-plus years in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related fields
- English and Canadian French bilingual proficiency
- Ability to travel, including up to 25% congress attendance
