This office-based hybrid contract runs for 12 months. As Manager, Pediatric Immunology Launch and Field Enablement, you will support the Canadian Immunology business. The role requires pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, product launches, promotional material development, and sales training. You will collaborate with sales, medical, marketing, alliance, and global teams while tracking critical launch milestones. Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day commercialization activities for the pediatric indication launch Partner on go-to-market execution with cross-functional teams Validate promotional materials, sales aids, and objection handlers Coordinate Promomats review, digital uploads, and field deployment Track milestones, report progress, and elevate launch risks Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences or Business preferred Seven-plus years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience Product launch and MLR or compliance review experience Experience building or delivering launch-specific sales training Knowledge of Canadian PAAB and Innovative Medicines Canada guidelines Apply launch leadership, compliance knowledge, and sales enablement expertise to Regeneron's Canadian pediatric immunology business.
