Product operations expertise can bring structure to Reflow’s roadmap, releases, and partner delivery in a flexible contract or full-time setup. Coordinate execution across product, engineering, GTM, and partners. This product operations role works directly with founders and product leadership. You will prioritize roadmap work using customer impact, revenue, and technical constraints. The role requires planning, structured communication, technical fluency, and proactive risk management while processes are built in an early-stage environment. Key Responsibilities:
Own prioritization and execution flow across product work Translate priorities into milestones, timelines, and plans Coordinate testing, releases, rollouts, and partner launches Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional follow-ups Document repeatable partner onboarding and delivery processes Requirements:
Experience in product operations, program management, or product management Comfort working with engineering teams and technical tradeoffs Strong prioritization, planning, and execution skills Clear, structured communication that keeps teams aligned Proactive, calm approach in early-stage environments Bring roadmap prioritization, release coordination, and partner delivery discipline to Reflow’s growing product organization.
