The Master Data Compliance Specialist independently manages centralized SAP data across multiple production facilities. Responsibilities include material masters, bills of materials, routings, vendors, raw materials, and finished goods. The position supports business processes, acquisitions, software implementations, and future S/4HANA upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage master data quality within SAP
- Create, maintain, and validate SAP master data
- Maintain material masters, BOMs, and routings
- Manage GS1/1WorldSync product data uploads
- Support purchasing standards, cost rolls, and reporting
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Understanding of data governance and compliance
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Effective cross-functional spoken and written communication
