Enterprise SaaS sales leadership meets hands-on new-business execution at Referment, with fully remote working and sponsorship-led commercial selling.
As Sales Manager, you will sell sponsorship opportunities connecting solution providers with decision-makers at medium and large enterprises. The role suits experienced SaaS or events sellers with strengths in pipeline development, enterprise stakeholder engagement, qualification, and closing. You will manage opportunities from initial engagement through close while building a personal sales record. Your background may include marketing software, customer data, CRM, or sales technology. Previous sponsorship sales experience is not required when you can qualify and convert enterprise opportunities. Monthly events create regular opportunities to earn commission, while successful performers may take on broader responsibility and build teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own new-business sales from initial engagement through close
- Build pipeline with medium and large enterprise prospects
- Develop sponsorship proposals and lead negotiations
- Maintain accurate forecasts and consistent sales activity
- Build a strong personal sales record
Requirements:
- Proven SaaS or events sales experience
- Experience selling to medium and large enterprises
- Strong record of personally closing new business
- Quantifiable quota, deal value, and conversion results
- Structured qualification experience, preferably MEDDIC
Use enterprise selling, pipeline discipline, and sponsorship negotiation skills to grow Referment's B2B commercial business remotely.
