You'll navigate proposals from DMCs, create detailed itineraries, and coordinate logistics such as air requirements and passenger arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize group tour offerings
- Analyze and negotiate supplier proposals
- Coordinate air and landing logistics for tours
- Monitor sales, payments, and passenger lists
- Act as primary contact for suppliers and Tour Leaders
Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English
- 1-2 years of experience in group travel
- Travel/Tourism diploma or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
