Build lasting resident relationships as a Leasing Consultant in Thornton, combining customer service, conflict resolution, and timely follow-through. Work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
You will serve as a primary contact for prospective and current residents on the on-site property team. This position supports resident satisfaction, renewals, occupancy, and move-ins through responsive service. Success requires rapport-building, property knowledge, organization, and professional communication with residents and teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve resident issues promptly and follow up on requests
- Encourage community interaction through outreach and service
- Actively secure resident renewals and maintain resident satisfaction
- Conduct zone walks and quality control spot checks
- Prepare apartments, keys, and locks for move-ins
Requirements:
