Drive leasing sales and resident satisfaction as a Leasing Consultant in Thornton, using personalized service, follow-up, and property knowledge. Work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
This on-site property team member serves prospective and current residents throughout the leasing journey. The role combines sales, customer service, marketing, and administrative responsibilities. You will support occupancy goals, prepare lease paperwork, manage leads, and help deliver a welcoming move-in experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase occupancy and pursue weekly and monthly sales goals
- Answer calls and respond to online and email leads
- Set tour appointments and follow up after showings
- Prepare lease paperwork and manage move-in documentation
- Maintain accurate leasing and Yardi information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to identify needs and communicate value confidently
- Availability to work weekends
