Lead AI product strategy at Redcan while working remotely across Canada, using practical AI proficiency and customer discovery to shape outcomes. Regular travel up to 25% supports customer engagements, industry events, and team collaboration. As Principal Product Manager, you will own customer problems and product outcomes from discovery through launch and adoption. You will lead multiple products and initiatives, working with engineers, designers, customers, and portfolio companies. The work spans agentic AI, B2B SaaS, product roadmaps, and measurable product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous discovery with customers, developers, and business users
- Identify and validate valuable AI-enabled workflows
- Own coordinated six-to-twelve-month product roadmaps

Requirements:
