Enterprise business development leads major-account growth for Red Seal across Southwestern Ontario, combining self-sourced sales with account strategy and negotiation. This executive role targets REITs, plants, institutions, and public-sector buyers with portfolios and facilities requiring fire-system services. You will build the Dream 100, map decision-makers, create account-based outreach, and close multi-year agreements. The role reports to Levi Rock and initially has no direct reports. Key Responsibilities:
Build and run the Dream 100 target-account program Map owners, facilities, procurement, operations, and risk decision-makers Develop proposals and negotiate multi-year service agreements Run RFPs, tenders, onboarding, and vendor prequalification Represent Red Seal at events and through LinkedIn Requirements:
Three years closing at least $1 million annually in new B2B business Experience selling self-sourced deals worth $50,000 or more Experience with procurement-led buyers and multi-year contracts Trade, technical diploma, engineering, or technical-sales background Valid driver's licence and residence in one regional territory Use enterprise sales, technical credibility, and disciplined prospecting to win recurring fire protection accounts for Red Seal.
