Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program development and revision across multiple levels
- Ensure compliance with institutional and external quality frameworks
- Direct proposal preparation for funding and approvals
- Facilitate cyclical reviews and accreditation processes
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams in quality initiatives
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- 5+ years in post-secondary education experience
- Knowledge of quality-assurance frameworks
- Proven experience in team leadership
- Solid project management background
