Lead electrical construction for a major water resource recovery facility upgrade near Schomberg, Ontario, using strong supervision and technical expertise. This full-time role is based in Vaughan, Ontario. An established construction company seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent for heavy construction project leadership. You will oversee electrical operations while coordinating project management, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and site personnel. Water or wastewater treatment experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily electrical construction activities and safety compliance Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and site personnel Monitor labour and material costs and review timesheets Provide technical expertise for RFIs and change requests Lead, coach, and evaluate workforce performance Requirements:
Electrical trade certification and five years superintendent experience Heavy construction experience; water or wastewater experience preferred Knowledge of electrical, civil, and mechanical construction Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency Ontario safety legislation and required certifications knowledge Apply electrical supervision, project coordination, and workforce leadership to advance critical water infrastructure construction near Schomberg.
