Lead pharmaceutical quality systems and GMP compliance as Quality Manager with Target Healthcare Canada. Support distribution activities across Canada while protecting patient safety.
This experienced Quality Manager role provides regulatory oversight across Target Healthcare Canada and its pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution activities. You will maintain the Drug Establishment Licence requirements, guide GMP and GDP compliance, and work with senior management, the License Holder, and wider Group teams. The position also designates you as Alternate Qualified Person in Charge on the Controlled Drug and Substance licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide QP oversight of GMP activities and Health Canada compliance
- Improve SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and validation
- Control procurement, storage, distribution, and temperature-controlled products
- Lead inspections, audits, observations, and CAPA management
- Oversee complaints, recalls, returns, and product disposition
Requirements:
- Proven Quality Manager experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments
- Current knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Health Canada regulations
- Experience with audits, inspections, QMS, CAPA, and deviations
- Experience handling temperature-controlled products and cold-chain requirements
- Relevant science degree and strong technical writing skills
