You will report directly to the Vice President of Finance & Operations, supervise a team of three, and guarantee timely financial reporting while strengthening internal controls. The role also focuses on refining processes and supporting ongoing ERP implementations for improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
- Manage the external audit process and auditor communications
- Supervise and develop a small finance team
- Support grant and restricted fund accounting for compliance
Requirements:
- CPA designation is mandatory
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong background in audit and internal controls
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
