Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee controllership, consolidations, close, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet governance
- Lead quarterly and annual reporting, MD&A, disclosures, and IFRS compliance
- Own SOX/ICFR controls, testing oversight, remediation, and audit coordination

Requirements:
