Key Responsibilities:
- Promote teamwork and learning organization principles
- Act as On-Call manager for day-to-day operations
- Implement best practices for maintenance operations

- Train and certify staff through operational evaluations
Requirements:
- Technical degree in engineering or a related field
- 10-15 years of management experience in maintenance
