Reporting to Addiction Services Leadership through the Executive Director, you will support project management, planning, development, and coordination with senior leaders, government partners, clinicians, operational teams, and external stakeholders.

The Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting and leading complex provincial initiatives and projects sponsored by Addiction Services, including providing project oversight and implementation coordination for Compassionate Intervention and other strategic Addiction and Mental Health (AMH) priorities. You will develop and support implementation plans, governance processes, briefing materials, reports, and recommendations that advance provincial program delivery and service improvement.

The role requires demonstrated expertise in business analysis, project management, change management, and systems thinking. You must be able to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results within tight timelines while supporting complex initiatives that span multiple stakeholders, sectors, and jurisdictions.
