ASSA ABLOY Canada seeks a hands-on Regional Human Resources Manager for multi-site operations. You will provide strategic and operational leadership throughout the employee lifecycle, while supporting leaders with engagement, retention, development, and leadership effectiveness. The role also coordinates with centralized Safety, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach leaders on engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness
- Provide employee relations and performance management guidance
- Support acquisitions, organizational changes, and business growth initiatives
- Partner on regional hiring strategies and critical role recruitment
- Coordinate training needs, development plans, and succession initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Seven or more years of progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or industrial organizations
- Experience with investigations and organizational change
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities
Use coaching, recruitment partnership, and organizational effectiveness expertise to support leaders and teams throughout Western Canada.
