Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and resolve service requests within 24 hours
- Process applications, notices, lease renewals, and administrative tasks
- Interview, train, schedule, and supervise property staff
- Schedule suite showings, process leasing applications, and collect rents
- Oversee contractors, inspections, cleaning, repairs, and capital plan execution
Requirements:
- Previous multi-residential or related industry experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate staff
- Basic computer skills and understanding of budgets and capital plans
- Fluent English and French; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
