The Opportunity As our organization continues to grow and expand, we are seeking a President to provide leadership across the organization.This position reflects our commitment to building the leadership capacity andoperational structure needed to support the next phase of growth.
Current ownership will remain actively involved in the business, as westructure our organization with an increased focus on strategic growth,customer relationships, acquisitions, and long-term opportunities. ThePresident will be responsible for the overall management and performance of theorganization, ensuring strong execution across operations, financial results,people leadership, customer service, and continuous improvement. Reportingdirectly to ownership, this role will work closely with the leadership team toalign priorities across all companies, optimize performance, strengthencollaboration, and build a high-performing organization positioned forcontinued success.
What You’ll Do Develop and execute a clear strategic visionfor all operating companies
Lead annual planning, budgeting, andlong-term business planning processes
Oversee full P&L responsibility for allthree companies
Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and coststructures across entities
Drive operational efficiencies and scalableprocesses across the group
Partner with finance to ensure accuratereporting and strong financial controls
Oversee day-to-day operations across allbusiness units
Standardize processes where appropriate toimprove efficiency and consistency
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,safety, and service delivery
Identify and remove operational bottlenecksacross the businesses
Build, lead, and develop a strong leadershipteam fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuouslearning.
Provide coaching and mentorship to teammembers
Identify synergies across operations, sales,and service delivery
Lead integration efforts for any futureacquisitions
Report regularly to ownership on businessperformance and strategic initiatives
Provide clear, data-driven insights tosupport decision-making
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, andsafety requirements
Represent the organization externally withkey partners and stakeholders
What You Bring Proven leadership experience (president, VP,or Director level) preferably in industrial, equipment, manufacturing or service-basedindustries.
Strong financial acumen and expertise drivingprofitability.
Strong leadership presence with the abilityto influence at all levels.
Decisive leader who communicates with clarityand holds teams accountable.
Demonstrated success in team leadership andfostering a collaborative organizational culture.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration,or a related field
