Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads daily performance and brand growth. You will recruit, develop, and inspire talent while maintaining an active sales-floor presence. The position combines customer satisfaction, operational control, merchandising, and omnichannel service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and develop a high-performing store team
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and satisfaction
- Monitor metrics and implement performance action plans
- Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and floor coverage
- Optimize displays, merchandising, and omnichannel solutions
Requirements:
- Three or more years of team management experience
- Fashion retail experience or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma and variable schedule flexibility
