Your work spans concepts, silhouettes, colour, fabrics, fittings, and final collection execution. Key Responsibilities:
Design innovative, trend-driven activewear collections Translate cultural and consumer influences into design direction Develop sketches, garment concepts, and design packages Guide fittings with attention to fit and construction Partner with Merchandising on creative and commercial priorities Requirements:
Fashion Design degree or related college diploma Three to five years of relevant fashion design experience Strong understanding of fit, proportion, silhouette, colour, and fabric Customer, fashion, culture, and trend curiosity French and English bilingualism for partner communication Bring creative vision, customer understanding, and activewear expertise to advance PENN. collections through relevant, commercially meaningful design.
