Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager helps drive operations, brand growth, and engagement. You will monitor KPIs, support hiring and training, and maintain merchandising standards. The position also includes inventory, scheduling, omnichannel initiatives, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and motivate the team on the sales floor
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Manage inventory, procedures, scheduling, and floor coverage
Requirements:
- Two or more years managing or supervising retail teams
- Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
- Fashion sense and knowledge of fashion trends
- Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
