About the role:

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies that deliver short- and long-term business value.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives: RFXs, competitive bids, supplier evaluations, negotiations and business reviews.
• Lead supplier negotiations and, with Legal, develop and review commercial agreements covering risk allocation, cost, service expectations and supplier accountability.
• Provide market, supplier and commercial insights that shape business decisions and business cases.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance and contract compliance for critical suppliers.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and cost management.
• Maintain your sourcing pipeline, track results and report on realized savings and value.
• Integrate ESG considerations into sourcing strategies and supplier decisions.
• Coach stakeholders on procurement best practices and help evolve our sourcing tools and processes.

Qualifications: What you bring:

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management or a related commercial field, ideally in a large, complex organization.
• A proven track record leading end-to-end sourcing for indirect spend categories.
• Strong skills in competitive sourcing, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation and contract development.
• The ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• A university or college degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build trust without formal authority.
• Strong business acumen, with an understanding of cost drivers and supplier economics.
• A highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented approach, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, juggling priorities and navigating ambiguity.
