This full-time associate role supports Financial Planners, Investment and Retirement Planning, with client meetings, investment solutions, referrals, and administrative activities. You will respond to client requests, resolve concerns, maintain accurate documentation, and identify client needs. The position also supports acquisition of new investment clients and assets through referrals and progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials for Financial Planner client meetings
- Support simple investment solutions and partner referrals
- Maintain service across branch, phone, and email contacts
- Track client requests, documentation, follow-ups, and concerns
- Identify needs, acquire clients, and review annual-plan progress
Requirements:
- Mutual Funds accreditation, such as Investment Funds in Canada
- Previous investments experience
- Microsoft Office and digital knowledge
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
