This full-time role will focus on offering premium service to High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients within RBC DI's Royal Distinction program. You'll leverage your investment industry expertise, show advanced problem-solving skills, and help clients achieve their financial goals through quality interactions, all while driving client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to HNW and UHNW client inquiries
- Deliver exceptional client experiences with clear value communication
- Provide specialized expertise on investment products and services
- Support regional objectives for business growth
- Develop internal and external business partnerships
Requirements:
- Bilingualism in English and French is required
- 2-4 years of investment industry experience
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Preferred: Derivatives Fundamentals Course or similar licenses
- Must achieve Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam within 6 months
