As a Mortgage Specialist Assistant, you will support a top-producing Mortgage Specialist with sales objectives and related activities. Your work combines responsive client contact management, transaction execution, office coordination, and mortgage process knowledge. You will also develop service-partner relationships while helping transactions follow operational guidelines and process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client fax, email, and telephone requests
- Execute and deliver client transactions and requests responsively
- Manage specialist email, mail, diary, and priorities
- Maintain office routines, expenses, files, records, equipment, and supplies
- Validate Homebase files and prepare required presentation materials
Requirements:
- Minimum two years in service and sales support
- Exceptional customer service and business writing skills
- Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
- Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Mortgage process and Home Financing product knowledge is an asset
