As an Equipment Finance Associate, you will support RCAP Leasing products for business clients and partners. The national middle office role manages leasing administration from approval through funding. You will update transaction details, prepare documentation, and coordinate fulfillment while supporting client experience and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update supplier, banking, equipment, and activity details across systems
- Produce contract documentation aligned with approvals, policies, procedures, and PPSA laws
- Collect information from clients, suppliers, and insurance brokers
- Reconcile invoices and payment receipts against transaction approvals
- Resolve deficiencies and issues that may impede funding
Requirements:
- Excellent multitasking, organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Problem-solving ability using evaluated and implemented alternatives
- Detail orientation and contract terms comprehension
- Working knowledge of equipment financing documentation preferred
- Leasing experience and PPSA knowledge preferred
