Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5–7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience owning accounts or a defined market end-to-end
- Salesforce fluency required; equivalent CS tooling preferred
- In-market residence and 20–30% travel required
