Marketing Project Manager with strong roadmapping and communication skills will guide Brand and Marketing projects across RB Global. The role coordinates work across organizational teams. This Marketing Project Manager scopes projects end to end and becomes each project’s subject matter expert. You will build plans, manage roadmaps, and coordinate brand, content, creative, digital, PR, events, and social work. The position also applies brand guidelines and improves processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope projects, objectives, audiences, stakeholders, and success measures
- Build roadmaps around milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Coordinate work across marketing functions and departments
- Communicate progress, risks, changes, and timeline expectations
- Remove blockers and improve project processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Three or more years managing marketing projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Experience with brand guidelines and Asana preferred
- Bring ownership, curiosity, and project management expertise to RB Global’s brand and marketing initiatives across the organization.
