As a Corporate Actions Associate, you will balance varied functions while maintaining service quality and attention to detail. The work includes corporate action processing, client instructions, reorganizations, entitlements, and firm data comparisons. You will communicate with Financial Advisors, internal departments, and third-party organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile various corporate action payments
- Calculate cash in lieu of fractional payments
- Process client instructions with Financial Advisors and support staff
- Review and modify bulletins for notice distribution
- Research reorganizations and entitlements against firm data
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- Two years of corporate actions or securities operations experience
- Fundamental securities industry investment concepts and procedures
- Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to learn applications
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining service and accuracy
