The Branch Administrator assists the Branch Manager and Branch Compliance Supervisor within Raymond James Ltd. You will coordinate documentation, liaise with internal departments and vendors, and help maintain efficient operations. The role also supports onboarding, meetings, reporting, records, and operational controls while reinforcing compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate branch policies, procedures, and administrative support
- Process payroll, expenses, overrides, approvals, and branding requests
- Onboard and train support staff on systems and processes
- Maintain records, reports, and operational controls
- Provide backup reception and cheque processing support
Requirements:
- Three to five years in investment brokerage or financial services
- Knowledge of fundamental securities industry investment concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn applications
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent education and experience
- IR licensed or willing to complete within twelve months
